Won't happen.
Microsoft will not allow native code for universal apps.
Linux you can just compile to ARM, x86, etc... In Windows you can compile to x86 and that's it. ARM you just have to use the universal apps which are limited.

sorry if that came off as snarky in your direction. the snark was meant for msft pr department
the mere fact that they are called *universal apps* makes it rather unlikely that it is native code.
