Just been given the Rasp Pi 2 B+
But for the life of me I cant get OpenElec to work
I can get Raspbian and the rest of them to work but not that one
Anyone solve this?

Did you download the right image for the pi 2 ?

There is a "Raspberry Pi 2 Model B" and a "Raspberry Pi Model B+".
There is no "Raspberry Pi 2 Model B+". Confirm which board it is and make you download the correct Pi1 or Pi2 image.

Did you extract the image before writing it to the sd card? I.e. did the image files name end in .img and not .img.gz?

Yep - you need to download the disk image and use a disk imaging app to write it to your SD card. I am on a Mac and use dd from the command line and OE has been running fine on my Pi 2s since early Feb (I got mine on the Tuesday after launch!)
