I have a second monitor on which I launch Kodi and a Xbox 360 controller to remote control it.

What I would like to do is: use Windows on the primary monitor and be able to control Kodi with my remote control even if it isn't focused. I can only achieve that if the Kodi window has the focus.

Is it possible?

Unsure with the 360 controller though.
But use any smart phone app which takes advantage of HTTP and the JSON-RPC to control KODI when not in focus.
