I'm wondering about the solution for other people: if ASS specifications forbid using leading double zeros this is a "feature lack", otherwise it can be a bug of Kodi player.
Did you open a ticket about this to developers? If not where can I open such kind of ticket?

There's at least three different things being discussed in this thread. The latest seems to be about people merging two subtitles into a single track. If you are doing this and having an issue with how they display in Kodi then it's probably nothing to do with Kodi. Please make new threads for new topics.
