Not sure if you'll get the correct answer here, I think the PVR & Live TV support is for Live TV from a DVB Tuner e.g PCI Card/USB dongle that uses a "backend" to serve up the TV rather than an internet stream (although i think some Backends can server ITPV??) that i presume you're after? - I use a ITV addon that i guess uses the ITV internet on demand service not sure it has HD content though?
