So I've installed Kodi and NextPVR. I also went and activated NextPVR in Kodi. But where is the channel guide and all that stuff? If I cannot operate NextPVR through Kodi with a remote it is useless to me. What do I need to do to be able to use Kodi as a DVR?

System > Live TV > Enable.
Then click on 'Live TV' on your home-screen.

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, it didn't work. While NextPVR is set up and can run on its own, Kodi won't connect. I keep getting the lost connection issue. I've tried rebooting the program and the computer and I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it keeps doing it.

Is Kodi and NextPVR on the same machine or different machine?
If NextPVR is working fine when accessed directly, it could be firewall stopping kodi from being able to talk to NextPVR.
