Hello Everyone,
I have been messing around with getting emulators to work in Advanced Launcher and I ran into a few questions.
I was doing some research on maybe attempting a few MAME roms but with that research I have come across quite a few issues that made me wonder if it was worth pursuing.
My main question is about game naming using a NON-scraper method.
MAME uses short abbreviated filenames so that is what Kodi / Advanced Launcher displays.
The standalone MameUI shows a column that contains the zip name and a column with the full name, so that means that the real full name information is stored somewhere within the Mame emulator itself.
Advanced Launcher allows you to MANUALLY change the "title" of each filename one at a time.
Does anyone know if there is a way for Advanced Launcher to access / display the full names of each game automatically?
