Cheap Media player for KODI

I am looking for a really cheap ($50-$60) starter player/box to run KODI to only play streaming media.

Any suggestions? Or should I expect to see a huge loss in quality with the cheaper versions?

Read the sticky about picking the right Kodi box. Top choice in the price range is likely the Raspberry Pi 2.
