Changed HDMI output now system is in reboot loop.

Greetings all, first time poster and becoming a fan of the Raspberry Pi.

I downloaded OpenELEC over the weekend and connected the HDMI connector from the RPi to a HDMI-DVI connector to my monitor. I was able to get the Kodi instance up and running, what an amazing system. I was ready to connect it RPi to my TV via HDMI (without the DVI converter of course). Added power to the RPi and the system began its boot process however after about 5 seconds the system rebooted itself. I would see the typical scrolling status information of Linux boot however after about 5 seconds the screen went blank and the system rebooted. The system continues this reboot-loop, I just don't know what to do now. Any suggestions?

Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!

Cheers, David

A reboot loop is normally a inadequate power supply (or power supply cable). What are you using, and can you try a different one?
