v14 WMC - Kodi not tuning into sub-channels

Greetings,

I've got 99% of my Kodi experience working perfectly, using SWMC as a backend for PVR / Live TV for Kodi. Using Asus Chromebox with a Fire Stick remote and its great. Only one small issue - I have a handful of sub-channels OTA that can't be tuned directly from either the channel listing or the EPG. For example, if I scroll down to tune in 12.2 the backend ( according the the SWMC log ) sends out 12.1. Also if I'm selecting either 8.2 or 8.3 for display it tunes to 8.1. I can't tune directly to the sub-channels however I can tune to them by using the up / down select on the remote but without going through either the listing or guide. Its a work around but would like help with the WAF.

What do I need to do to be able to select the sub-channels directly? In the pastebin log it looks like I've tried to tune to 12.1 but I actually selected 12.2 on the channel listing. Any help is appreciated.

Don't have time right now (also I haven't looked at your log). Look at the channel sources for these channel in wmc, and I bet you will find that these incorrect sub-channel sources are at the bottom of the channel source list. Serverwmc tunes to channels starting at the bottom of the list rather than the top like wmc does. Long story as to why. If I'm right, your options are to turn off these sources in wmc or I can tell you how to make swmc choose from the top of the list like wmc for live-tv.

Thanks Krusty. I'll poke around some more in WMC settings to see if I overlooked anything.

If it matters I have two HDHR dual tuners installed ( 2 x 2 = 4 tuners total ). Also, several of my OTA channels don't match their "scanned" numbers. For example 3.1 and 3.2 show as 45.1 and 45.2 under "Sources". On the EPG and channel list in Kodi they do show up correctly as 3.1 and 3.2. I can tune directly into 3.1 using either the list or the EPG, but again when I try to tune directly into 3.2 using the channel list or EPG it tunes into 3.1 instead. I can then "up arrow" on the remote and it will switch from 3.1 to 3.2, but this makes tuning into the sub-channels two or three clicks instead of just one.

Newer pastebin -- Tried to select 3.2 it tuned to 3.1. Next tried to tune to 12.2 it instead tuned to 12.1.

You have lost me. Go to the serverwmc settings file and turn on channel detail, by finding and changing the following field:

<Debug_ChannelDetail>true</Debug_ChannelDetail>

then save the file and restart serverwmc. After it starts post the new log file.
