Hi, Im new in this forum and noob in Kodi.
I was using Windows media center for wathcing TV from USB Dongle, and I like it becouse they have great TV guide where I can see what will play in future and set up recodring of that show/movie etc.
Second is that I can pause live tv .
Since Win 10 doesnt have Windows media center any more, does Kodi suport something similar?

You can see live TV in Kodi, but you have to have the hardware and the back-end that supports it. I really can't answer your question fully as I'm not familiar with the hardware dongle you have and it's drivers. I can point you to the wiki Live TV (wiki) and Live TV and PVR/DVR Setup Guide (wiki)
