Sometimes when im streaming something, it will start to buffer.
The percentage will increase, but then suddenly it will sometimes decrease, then increase then decrease again,
how does this work? why does it happen?
as i understand buffering, it is downloading, so the buffer should always be increasing.
its not like im uploading to where im streaming from, so even if the connection is terribly slow, the buffer should always increase, albeit very slowing.
Not really looking for a fix or anything, this is just something that has always bothered me, and just wondering why it happens
because to me it shouldn't be possible, when i stream i download not upload lol
