CPU: Atom X5-Z8300 Cherry Trail
RAM: 2GB

This mini computer has Windows 10 Home (English) preinstalled.

I'm not satisfied by this Windows installation, so I have decided to make a clean install.

Now, I have two options:

1) Reinstall Windows 10 Home (I suppose in English, to use the actual serial number of the machine)
2) Use Linux

I would prefer the second options, but i need full hardware support, because I have to play HEVC 1080p Movies.

Can you help me?

May I install Kodibuntu? http://kodi.wiki/view/Kodibuntu

In what way are you not satisfied by this Windows installation?

Install Kodi 16 Alpha 2 and you can be happily be playing HEVC 1080p Movies in minutes.

No need for Linux (although Tronsmart have said that they are working on it).
