Linux Cannot install nightly after upgrading to Ubuntu 15.10
#1
For the longest time I've been running the nightly on Ubuntu until the other day I upgraded Ubuntu to the Beta and now the only Kodi version that will install is 15.1 "Kodi from debian". I've removed the ppa's, created a backup, uninstalled, readded the pps's and when installing it's back to 15.1 instead of the nightly.

Does anyone know of any reason the nightly will not work on Ubuntu 15.10?

show us which ppas are installed

and maybe

Code:
sudo apt-cache policy kodi

will help, too

We don't support it yet. Build it from source. As you are an early adapter - should be no problem for you.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

I wouldn't bet on it being no problems for me, I just enjoy reading and following directions. Would these happen to be the directions on the kodi.wiki?
