Highlight the show, open the Context menu and click on "Queue item" - this will add all episodes of the show to your playlist.

In "Current Playlist" (access it from the pop out blade menu), enable "Shuffle" to randomise the order of the playlist items.

However I can't think why you'd want to do this, unless your "show" isn't really an episodic tv series and is something else entirely, maybe a collection of documentaries... or not a show at all.
