Hope this is the right section... first of nice work guys love this MC.
For my question, I am using Kodi on my main pc that is also connected to my tv.
Kodi runs on the tv screen but when in full screen mode when I try to use my pc(think when I put focus on a other window) Kodi minimizes is there a solution to this?

I don't think you will find an answer as this happens with anything in Windows. Try it - run VLC, or even YouTube in your browser. Running in Full Screen mode always drops out when you start using the PC again.

Your solution is to run KODI in a window, and then resize that window to fill the monitor. (Hit \ to toggle between full screen and windowed)
