WIP Windows builds for VideoPlayer rework

I'll try, of course, when i'll have time. But i hope you've realised that the real issue is not the lock of the GUI, but the fact that screen stay black and audio stops (after around 1s) when display change occurs. Wink
After, maybe they are related...
I'll provide feedback after test.

I've made some tests with KodiSetup-20160202-779d63a-master.

It's a lot better, i've started several times (around 5 - 6) the file, no black screen anymore during these few tests.
Nevertheless, once, i've encountered an issue. The second display change took longer than usual, and video was teared in the middle of the screen.

I've tested another file, wich is a true vfr file. So, as frame rate at the start is "unknow" for Kodi, the play start at 25fps, which is the default value for Kodi when it's unable to figure out frame rate at start. Then, after the needed time to detect the fact that file is vfr, it switched to 29.97.
Result was a little odd... And a scene which should play smooth at 29.97 stutered.
After going back to Jarvis rc2, and do the exact same test, the video didn't stutered and played smooth.
