I am new at this so bare with me

So i've got an Amazon Fires stick loaded with Appollo, AEON NOX, Fire Starter & Kodi 15.1

I cant see all the screen on my TV............... I can't see the top bar, I can't see the bottom that I believe I can turn it off ?

Also when the menu comes from the left hand side of the screen I can't see all of this either

Can someone please advise a setting to make it smaller I guess ?

Go to settings>system>video output

Try going to system > Appearance and changing zoom to -4%
