Hello.

I am new, and have a question about the upload speed at sopcast...

Sopcast has an excellent quality nowadays, but the uploadspeed exceeds 3MB/sec... which gets me complaints from my ISP.

Is there a way to limit the upload rate? I have tried Netbalancer (more than once) but this will then take a few minutes to connect my computer to the internet at start up, instead of now, a few seconds only...
Any suggestion ?
