Hi all,

I decided to delete Skype & Facebook as we dont want to use this on our TV and now when I try and open the internet it is always asking for certificates and Kodi, Play Store I just get a white screen and nothing happens and Kodi trues to open but within seconds defaults back to the home page. Is it possible to do a factory reset or can any help with re-installing Facebook/Skype to hopefully put everything back to normal.

OK I have updated the post as this effects Kodi as well.
