Hello all wondering if I can use anything besides Xcode to install kodi can't jailbreak this because of the iOS version

You don't need to jail break to use Xcode-

There's also MrMC in the App Store. Kodi with no addon support.

You can't. Apple won't allow any python based add ons. It's just modded version of the basic Kodi package.

PMs aren't enabled until you've made a few more posts than you currently have (>10). It's a general anti-spam measure as we've had a few accounts set up just to flood-PM genuine users with spam.
