True confessions time: I haven't been able to build pvr.wmc since they switched the build system to cmake, I spent a couple of hours today trying to get it to build and I still couldn't get it going (although I got further...). I suck at this build environment stuff, and I really, really don't want to learn the details of cmake. If there is anybody reading this who has it figured out in windows/vs2013, and has time to help, please contact me.
The preferred plan is that scarecrow gets time to do it, last I checked he had the environment working, but he has less time then I do to fool with this stuff.

Just for closure, today's release (KodiSetup-20160212-41078d0-master.exe) has pvr.wmc.
Sorry this took so long, thanks for your patience.
FYI, we plan on supporting the timeshift buffer in the OSD, we'll work on implementing that next (it requires changes in both pvr.wmc and serverwmc).
