Is it not possible to have
PHP Code:
<label>$INFO[Skin.String(foo)]</label

In a list. Outside of the list it works.

Not possible to use Skin Strings or Window Properties inside lists unfortunately.

Well you just made me feel good.

I worked it out!

Trick is to put it in the content items label 1 or 2. Now in itemlayout label control shows the string.

All working in a list.

Now the question is. Is this a feature request or a bug.

Yeah, if you are using a static list can put it in the <item> content.

Using skinstrings and window props directly within itemlayout and focusedlayout has been discussed multiple times before. IIRC, the performance overhead for doing this within a list would be too high and that's why you can't do it.
