Hello out on road can stick play over my laptop ? I have it plug into the laptop however i'm not able to pull it up .. forever in Twilight Zone

Most laptops only have HDMI out. Chances are that your laptop does not support HDMI in (with the standard hardware). A google search with your laptop model should get you a definite answer.
