Where are the movie nfo files stored on a windows 10 PC?

The only way you'll have .nfo files is if you generate them yourself or export a kodi library to separate files.
They sit in the same folder as your media files (eg in a folder you could see xxx.mkv and xxx.nfo).
If you're just scanning files to the library no .nfo's are generated, everything's stored in the .db files in userdata/database and the thumbnails folder in userdata.

Ok I guess I will tell you what I would like to do some movies have a different name so I need to go in and edit the title very few of my movies are like this but I would like it to match
