v16 Video freezes audio continues
#1
After watching a video for a few minutes, if I open the OSD(when I move the mouse or press ENTER) kodi.exe goes not respoding, the video freezes and the audio continues, and the kodi.exe process uses around 40-50% of cpu and around 400MB of memory.
It started 2 weeks ago I'm not sure what triggered it.
I'm using 16.1 RC 2 on windows 7 and I've already tried disabling DXVA2 hardware acceleration.

Thanks Tongue

I'm running Jarvis RC2.

I'm seeing this also. I have discovered that if you wait log enough the display will start again > 30 secs.

I have also reproduced it by offsetting the audio during playback.

I have a debug log of this but had ffmpeg debugging enabled and another one with it disabled - but this was more a delay that an image freeze

both logs have the following error/warnings

WARNING: CRenderManager::WaitForBuffer - timeout waiting for buffer

Can upload logs to somewhere is anyone is interested?

also found that i was running full screen window - have disabled this to see what happens.
