Hi,

I have a working tvheadend installation on a raspberry pi. it works and I use it to watch liveTV on my other kodi instances in the house.
Now since yesterday I am the owner of an amazon fireTV and I installed Kodi16 onto it. I have the the TVH client 2.2.13 installed.

I have an issue with the IP addresses as stated here: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=270972 but all add ons work and I can stream online media without any issues.

But I am not able to connect to my TVH (HTS Tvheadend 4.1-1429~ge29df17~jessie) I get always an error message connection disconnected.
I am on the same network wired connected.
Any ideas on what to do?

ok? Not one who could know a reason for that problem?

could this be the reason for my problems?? I use tvheadend to prove IPTV to my network ...

I would have to look at what version of fire os I have on the boxes but I have 3 FireTV's that tvheadend is working fine on. Two first gen units and one second gen unit.

First Gen units are FireOS 5.2.1.1 Second Gen unit is FireOS 5.2.4.0

Kodi 16.1
TVH HTSP Client 2.2.15
TVH 4.1.2389

All of mine are on the same subnet and connect without any issues. Only difference is mine is running on a synology box instead of a rbpi
