I've just added the Media portal pvr client add-on to kodi 14.2 on my apple tv 2.

Kodi wont now open looping the initial kodi loading screen with the "connection error" warning message shown below




How can I get into kodi to disable this?!

i have tried dozens of fixes. have completely uninstalled and reinstalled softwares and still having the original problem. please can someone tell me how to remove the media portal add-on via ssh?

rm /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/Kodi/userdata/guisettings.xml

- this will also reset all your gui settings though. Granted it shouldn't behave like that - but why did you activate that addon when you don't have the needed backend server running somewhere?
