Hi,
The issue I'm seeing is that playback via the above headphones stutters in every video but at different levels. The 2 most recent example are both AAC one has 100% stuttering the other has some stuttering every minute or two.

The unfortunate issue is that I can't install the device specific drivers because Turtle Beach don't make their own, they just use Windows default. Is there a way around this issue?
Debug done so far:
1. Audio via HDMI to monitor from the same PC plays fine so it's not the files / PC as a whole
2. Tried updating / removing driver from Device Manager for headphones - No Joy
3. Tried motherboard audio drivers update - No Joy
4. Tried switching between WASAPI and Directsound - No Joy
5. Tried enabling / changing random sound settings: Passthrough, Number of channels (2.0 - 5.1), Resample (Low - Medium) - No Joy
6. Under the Audio Device properties for the headset supported formats isn't an option so that's something from the above post I haven't been able to do
7. Installed Intel Management Engine - No Joy
