I have an Intel NUC Kit NUC5i3RYH HTPC and I recently reinstalled it with Ubuntu MATE 16.04 and Kodi 16.1.
The issue I have is that whenever I play a movie (reg. of framerate) it sometimes jitters. I tried also to change some kodi setting to sync the framerate with that from the TV but that made things even worse.
After hours of playing with it I don't know how to fix it.
I also tried it with OpenELEC and there I don't see the issue.
anyone has an idea if the Ubuntu MATE base installation influences this somehow or which other ubuntu based distro I should use for my HTPC setup (as I also need to install openhab on my system) ?
