I have Kodi 16.1 on my windows tablet. All of a sudden the audio hiccups every few seconds. I have tried to change every setting possible with no success. Audio works fine if listening to music, and watching videos outside of kodi works fine. Any help is appreciated

Does this happen immediately or after a while. I have just picked up a surface 3 and it seems to happen to me after about 20 minutes. I'm thinking it may be related to latest Windows 10 update?

It happens immediately after the video starts playing.

Hmm that's different to me, mine happens between the 15-20 min mark. Videos play without issue using the inbuilt Windows player so this looks like a Kodi issue.
