Sync playback to display - off

The receiver PCM light flickers at film start but stays at PCM and silent.
Passthrough off / PCM working.

v16 works without problems

also make sure it is a debug log (wiki) so debugging needs to be turned on so i can see whats going on. Passthrough is still working for my setup and afaik we didn't change that much the last couple of month in that area. Is this a hackintosh on yours?

pinged the AE dev about it - imo the audeio engine shouldn't do what it does in that log file.

Hackintosh here as well and have had this problem since the alpha and beta versions first appeared. I was gong to get around to posting eventually but this has also fixed the problem for me. Thanks to the OP and to Memphiz for this, I've finally updated to Krypton! I assume it'll be fixed in the upcoming betas and final release.
