third party clients would like to be able to create/edit new playlists on the fly,
The scenario is the following.
Lets say that we have an android user using Kore or Yatse.
This user while browsing the music library should be able to use an "Add to playlist" button and presented with the list of all available playlists so the currently selected song/s can be added and persisted to that playlist in the filesystem.
