Can you explane me what is the issuse:

1. Android Box with CPU 912 dont work?

The manufacturer that has no interest in fixing bugs in the firmware.
No correct implementation of Mediacodec video acceleration(still uses AMLCodec which is not supported in Kodi anymore).

OK, what TV Box you sugest to by?

None, as always. See hw forum for discussions.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

I think you should not be asking Hardware questions in an Android Software thread...

Read this Post first. These devices will have after sales support, will not be "Fully Loaded" or contain Banned Kodi Addons.
Any other Hardware, well you are on your own when purchasing anything else...

To help those out if they have not already discovered it.
Far superior Beelink (and others) GT1 S912 Firmware is found over HERE

And after flashing that, this version of SPMC(Kodi) Jarvis works better on AMLogic Android Marshmallow devices.

It looks like with SuperCeleron's rom and FTMC(Freaktab's Kodi Fork) the 10bit 1080p hevc are able to play now. Waiting for tests results. All is needed now a Android Tv Os http://freaktab.com/forum/tv-player-supp...rom/page11
