My Philips TV updated to 6.0.1 Android. I notice in Plex and Emby client the "Change Framerate" option (missing before)
I tried my Kodi latest android version ("beta" Krypton) with "Adjust display refresh rate to match video" enabled (i play with this before but dont do anything)
Before the update Kodi play every movie at 24fps or 50fps or 60fps (with or without adjust display option). I tried everything ... after the update my movie played at 23.976fps !!!

It was never at 24 or 50Hz. Display was stuck at 60Hz and I assume it still is.

Yesterday I updated Philips 43PUS6501 and nothing changes in this matter. Files that were playing smoothly still are, ones that stuttered behave the same now. I have to say that this is strange because some files with 25 fps are playing fine and some not, probably depends on some encoding parameters.
