Just tried the 17.1 version and everything went well until I tried to install the repos none of them would install they will start to download then it would say kodi has stopped working and needs too shut down no matter how many times I tried it just kept closing down. I did get three of them too install that's all.

I have the same problem. This happens on all repos I try to install.

Kodi comes with the official repository pre-installed. Additional repositories that are unofficial are likely to contain banned add-ons. Don't fall into a trap, be aware of Official:Forum rules/Banned add-ons (wiki) and have a look here https://kodi.tv/article/warning-be-aware...ou-install
