Is it possible and a good idea to get binary-addons like all the PVR Client Add-ons added to kodi.tv/addons / addons.kodi.tv web-pages?

Even if download link cannot be added it might be a good idea to have a description there as well as links to wiki, forum, and source code?

It is a good idea. I'm not sure (yet) what needs to be done to make it possible, because the pages automatically get generated and I'm not exactly sure myself how that magic works
I hope to get back to this.
