Virtual Directory Management

Question
This is a really "dynamic" request. I know it's quite impossible  Huh but i try.

Premise: at the present time, I don't want to "dirty" my film / series real phisical paths with files that I don't want to reside on the real paths, dirtying the structure. So I created a simple script that makes a "replica" to a virtual directory with only the file names (fake, empty, only physically present files) present in real physical path... so, summarized, it creates a ghost directory from the real directory with real files (ex. E:\Movies) to a virtual directory (ex. D:\Utility\Audio-Video\Scrapers\FILM), and I make tinyMediaManager pointing to this last, to create my db and "browse it".

Is it possible to introduce a real virtual directory management? Taking physical files from the X directory, but creating the various tinyMediaManager files on a virtual Y directory?

nope sorry - folder structures which are out there (in combination with different file system beneath them) is complex enough. We don't want to put more complexity into this essential logic inside tmm (too less benefit for the potential risk)

I knew that Nerd ..... still continue to use my method with a mirrored virtual directory to work in... Wink
Thanks.
