Kodi v18.9 The Movie DB issue
#1
I got 2 FireTV using kodi in different rooms (Office and living room) connected both using cable to a switch and I have a 6TB NAS with movies/TV Shows. etcc.

In one Kodi i can scrap fine the movies including the new one TENET but in the other one (with the same configuration) those new released are not appearing.. Can I have some light in what problem it is ?

Are you using the same movie scraper on both devices?
The regular Movie Database scraper did have some issues a couple of weeks back with movies not being scraped. It was recommended that users use the Python version of the Movie Database scraper instead which works fine and is what I'm now using on Kodi 18.9 for any new movies I'm adding.

I would certainly check what scraper you are actually using on each device as a first port of call. Might just be a simple case of using the Python version of the scraper on the problem device.

Tks for the reply, I was using the same scraper for both devices.. In the one I got a problem, I deleted the Library and I will try to create a new one to see if it was fixed

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

The instructions are here... debug log (wiki)

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Use the Kodi Paste Site. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum
