Should this heavily trafficked thread be a permanent fixture in the main skin support forum? Would think the 'Other Skins' subforum would be a more appropriate location.

Seems a fair request - I've moved it into the other skins section.
It's a little complicated given the main Titan thread is no longer maintained (from what I can see), but there are a few mods around that do still seem to be active.
