Hello,
Couldn't find any Scheduler add on for kodi Leia only for 19.x 
does anyone know if there is such an add on for Kodi 18.x ?
I need to play a video file automatically in certain hours of the day ( 8am, 11am, 3pm etc. )and couldn't find a way to do it in kodi 18.x

unfortunately, I cant upgrade Kodi to 19.x under any circumstances.
if anyone can help I'd forever thank him.

It is not in the official add-on repo and has in no way been checked, endorsed, or supported by the Kodi team.  It looks like there is a Krypton branch that should work in Kodi 18.
