Refresh rate "119.00" should be renamed to "119.88"

Hi guys,
I just noticed that in white list where you can select the refresh rates Kodi can use the refresh rate 119 Hz is named "119.00 Hz" but it should be renamed to "119.88", because it is exacly 120/1.001 just like

23 Hz = 23.98 = 23.976 Hz = exact 24/1.001 Hz
24 Hz = 24.00 = 24.000 Hz = exact 24 Hz
25 Hz = 25.00 = 25.000 Hz = exact 25 Hz
29 Hz = 29.97 = 29.970 Hz = exact 30/1.001 Hz
30 Hz = 30.00 = 30.000 Hz = exact 30 Hz
50 Hz = 50.00 = 50.000 Hz = exact 50 Hz
59 Hz = 59.94 = 59.940 Hz = exact 60/1.001 Hz
60 Hz = 60.00 = 60.000 Hz = exact 60 Hz

100 Hz = 100.00 = 100.000 Hz = exact 100 Hz
119 Hz = 119.88 = 119.880 Hz = exact 120/1.001 Hz
120 Hz = 120.00 = 120.000 Hz = exact 120 Hz

The other 23 Hz, 29 Hz and 59 Hz are right (marked green).
Tested on latest 19.4 stable and 20.0 beta 1

I can see it too, is there an impact other than cosmetic?

It is cosmetic and will confuse people about using the wrong refresh rate. I know what is right, but even an advanced user will have problems.
calling "119.88 Hz" just "119 Hz" is fine, because one needs to differentiate between 119 Hz and 120 Hz. But using 2 decimal places should be correct to avoid confusion.

I am not just a random guy, for example I translate MPC-BE and also MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner Statistics Server.

Made a correction in master (v21), it is available in the latest nightly. It's not invasive so could be backported to Nexus (v20).

Thank you very much. I really appreciate it. Since the commit is not invasive, the upcoming 20.3 stable build will contain this, right?

I have another issue with MBAFF files in Kodi. May I ask for you to take a look at this thread?

Assuming no problem is found in v21 it will be in 20.3.
