I have several computers in my home. I have a computer running 'Nero Mediahome' which I have used for several months to stream video to my computers running XBMC and my Xbox 360.
Just today, two of my computers have suddenly quit playing content from the Mediahome server. I can connect to the UPNP share, and browse the content fine, but when I try to play a video file, I will get the 'buffering' window in XBMC, followed almost immediately by a message that briefly says 'terminating' and then disappears. The content still plays fine on the rest of my computers and my Xbox 360. Both of the computers that have suddenly quit are running Windows Vista Home Premium.
I have uninstalled XBMC and reinstalled several times on these two computers, but so far, nothing has helped.
Every computer is configured the same as far as XBMC is concerned. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated....
