Here's some updates I've done for myself but figured others may find useful also.
I've uplaoded the files you need here.

it's modded off v0.91 basically the stars on info screen was copied from the mods sticky here then I moded the DialogVideoInfo.xml to include uk certs instead of mpaa and the Includes_mediaflags.xml to show certificate instead of the source which is a feature I don't plan to use.
I created graphics from vector-logos.com and have included the source vector image in it. it was mostly trial and error and never modded before so if anyone can improve would be great, also having a problem with MIP getting the bbfc cert at present but have post in MIP thread so hopefully fekker can sort it.
The files are in the correct folders so if you want to use all you can just copy into the ski\aeon directory and overwrite. I also amended the back behaviour to the .90 way of back going to genre's etc...
