I'm trying to play a physical dvd (original, no dvd-r). XBMC recognizes that a disc is present (the play dvd menu option appears in MediaStream), but the dvd doesn't start even though autoplay is enabled. Selecting the play dvd option in the menu on the home screen also doesn't start the dvd.

add your xbmc.log to the trac ticket when trying this so we don't have to guess if it's really the same problem or if this is just the same symptom.
