Streaming videos

I just updated my appletv, I have now tearing happening all over the place on the streamed video (which happened on Atlantis which solved by adding <skiploopfilter>8</skiploopfilter>) I also getting this in the error logs:

enable "vsync always" under settings.

I am having video tearing as well. Can you point me to the "vsync always" option? Haven't been able to find it in any of the settings. Thanks.

settings -> appearance -> screen -> vertical blank sync.
