i just picked up this new card, what would be better to use dvi or it has this other plug it looks like a svideo to component 3 rca ends it looks like anyway my tv has both what will give me a better pic i only use divx movies will it matter ? anyone have this card is it good for XBMC

this cable is kinda weird a normal svideo cable has 4 prongs this one has like 7 you ever see anything like that?

It's just a breakout cable. They probably sell different cables for composite, svideo and component to fit it.

If you have to ask, it probably doesn't matter. I'd avoid the extra ADC/DACs and go with DVI.

i just wanted to make sure i know dvi is way better than svideo just never came across this type of hook up.
