Snatch iPhone App for remote contril of XBMC for Mac on Apple TV?

Question
Hey was just messing around with this iPhone app on my mac mini media center and like it a lot, so was working on getting it working for the AppleTV...

Here's the link to the program's website.

To get it working is a little crazy and not perfect yet by any means, so I'm hoping someone smarter comes along and cleans it up.

You'll really want to go ahead and get it working with another machine first so you can go ahead and load the custom remotes into it. particularly the plex and front row one.

Once you have that working, go ahead and grab the Tiger version of Snatch Server from the website above. Load it onto your AppleTV in frontrow's Applications folder. You'll probably have to SSH in and chmod the executable inside the app package to get it running.

unfortunately the app doesn't turn on the server automatically loading the program the first time, so to get around this, you'll need to make a plist and throw it into frontrow's Library/Preferences folder.

Here's an example plist file i made.

(I set the password for Snatch to be frontrow)

Once you get that uploaded to the AppleTV, restart the AppleTV. Now for whatever reason, the Tiger version doesn't offer the option to launch it as an agent app like the Leopard version, so I'll leave it to somewhere smarter to figure that out. This unfortunately means the only way to get it started as far as I know, is launching the executable through terminal, but once its running, xbmc starts seeing the commands from the iphone.
