no, its definitely not those screens, it cuts the play/pause/ff/rw symbols in half.
it must be to do with the overscanning issue as it seems to cut off by the same amount as the uncorrected overscan. for some reason it just seems that these particular video files (720p, h264, mkv, all same series of Planet Earth) seem to ignore the corrected overscan.
i'm using xbmc live, so i'll update that and see if anything corrects itself.
might even try a fresh install if that doesnt work, as its not detecting 1080p for me either on my panasonic veira.
i'm guessing using apt-get install xbmc-live should update me to the latest xbmc right?

hey hitcher, Excellent job as all.
I have a few problems im noticing, and i know you said you weren't really going to support this build but I hope you have the time to help me with this quick fix.
I want to be able to view the cast info on EVERYTHING, not have to manually change it each time to "show cast".. Any way to do that? And what scraper do you recommend to use to pull the cast thumbnails correctly.
Secondly, and lastly enough; whenever i press "i" on a TV episode, it brings up the menu to change how i show the layout/show cast/update info/etc.. How come it doesnt just show the info like it used to?
Thanks a bunch

I updated my video card drivers last night and now the skin animations are not moving as smooth as before. It used to be a seamless transition, whether at the home screen or movie details. Video playback is fine...it's just the skin. It's weird because before the driver update, the skin was smooth but video playback would have a slight hesitation every second.
Is there a setting in XBMC that I need to modify or is this a driver problem? Thanks.

Hi Hitcher,
i tried to download your latest Revisited version from SVN. The Problem is, that it always stop at media/radioUnderline.png. First i thought it was a SVN Client problem, but i tried RapidSVN, SilkSVN and o course Tortouise. All of them stop exactly there.
Can you please have a look at it.
