Ok.....dumb question alert but I have read and read and I am just not getting it.
How exactly can I get TV shows, which can then be put into XBMC for watching. I gather I cannot record directly from Sky + so where / how are you guys getting these shows from....ie Lost, 24, Fringe etc...

Everyone gets them either from recording or buying the retail boxes when they are released. What other ways are there?

Unless Sky has some free on-demand service, there probably isn't any legal way to get hold of any shows.
I made a quick search for it on the forums, but couldn't find a plugin for XBMC to watch their content through XBMC.

The i-store has a selection of TV shows, available to purchase, either as individual episodes or with a series pass.
